Sunday Morning Bible Study for College Students and Young Singles
Each Sunday in our College and Young Singles Department we have classes for college age singles (18-21) & (22-24). We meet each week at 10:45 AM in the TRC Building that is just across Church Street from our main Campus. We have a great group of teachers which include Sharon Mauldin, Joe Carp, Karen Carp, and Tom Bandy. Our Curriculum is focused on the needs of singles in the stage of life.
For our young singles (25-35) we have two options. The first hour at 9:15 AM which meets in the TRC Building taught by Stephen and Chasity Gibbs and a second hour at 10:45 AM and is taught by Mason Brown in the TRC building. The curriculum is also designed to meet the needs of singles in the stage of their life.
Wednesday Night Bible Study
This is an opportunity for college age singles and young singles to be involved in an ongoing, weekly discipleship group. These sessions may include studies such as Experiencing God, Topical Interest, or Verse by Verse Bible Study. WNBS start at 7:00 PM with a dinner then moves into the study and concludes around 9:00 PM. These studies are scheduled monthly at a teacher’s house or at the McCombs.
Fellowships
Each month we schedule an activity that promotes fellowship among our group. Also, a monthly free fellowship meal is planned at area restaurants.
Other Planned Ministries for College and Young Singles
· Amplify- A service ministry that connects this age group with ministry opportunities such as leadership for Disciple Nows, Retreats, Camps, etc.
· Retreats- Weekend Retreats in the Winter and Summer
· Mission Trips
· Special Events
